What licenses does MarketsCode offer?

Every product is sold under one of two license tiers, shown at checkout on the product page:

• Commercial License: use the product in one commercial end product that you or your client will profit from.
• Extended License: use the product across multiple commercial projects, including products you build and resell to multiple end clients.

Both licenses are for commercial use. We don't offer a separate personal / non-commercial license; even a hobby or portfolio project is covered under the Commercial License.

What am I actually buying?

Every purchase is a license to use that product as described on its product page, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You get the source code and any listed assets to build with; we keep ownership of the original work.

Which license do I need?

If you're building or shipping a single project, the Commercial License covers it. If you plan to reuse the product across more than one commercial project, or build something you'll sell to multiple clients, choose the Extended License.

Can I resell or redistribute the source code itself?

No, under either license. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the original source code as a standalone item, for example reselling the raw files as your own downloadable script or template. Building and selling a finished product made with the code (permitted under the Extended License) is different from reselling the code itself as a competing source-code product, which is never permitted.

Can I modify the code?

Yes. You're free to modify purchased source code for your own permitted projects, subject to the license you purchased.

Do I get updates after I buy?

Where updates are included, their scope and availability are set by the applicable product listing or license. We don't guarantee indefinite updates for every product unless a product-specific agreement says otherwise, and major third-party or framework changes may require extra work on your end.

Can I use a live demo before I buy?

Yes, where a live demo is available on the product page. Demos use sample or simulated data and may differ slightly from the downloadable product, and we may reset, modify, or temporarily disable a demo without notice.

Do you offer refunds?

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. If a product is materially broken, not as described, or you hit a genuine delivery issue, email [email protected] and we'll review it case by case. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.

What does support include?

We help with genuine product issues: installation and setup guidance, configuration questions, clarifying documented functionality, and fixing reproducible bugs. Support does not cover custom feature development, custom design or integrations, or general programming help unrelated to the purchased product.
