2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use MarketsCode and purchase our products.
If you are purchasing a product on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

- Provide accurate and current information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Keep your account information updated.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete the transaction.
MarketsCode may offer discounts, promotions, bundles, launch pricing, or other promotional offers. Promotions may have separate conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. MarketsCode does not necessarily store your complete payment-card information.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process your purchase.

MarketsCode products may depend on third-party technologies, frameworks, libraries, APIs, operating systems, hosting environments, payment providers, or other services.
We provide compatibility information where applicable, but third-party technologies may change independently of MarketsCode.
You are responsible for maintaining the required development environment and third-party accounts.
A product working in its documented environment does not guarantee compatibility with every possible hosting provider, device, operating-system version, framework version, plugin, package, or third-party service.
9. Updates and Maintenance
Where updates are included with a product, the scope and availability of those updates are determined by the applicable product listing or license.
Updates may include:
- Bug fixes
- Security improvements
- Compatibility updates
- Dependency updates
- Feature improvements
- Documentation updates
MarketsCode does not guarantee that every product will receive updates indefinitely unless a product-specific agreement explicitly states otherwise.
Major framework, operating-system, API, or third-party-service changes may require additional work or customization.
10. Product Documentation
Where documentation is provided, it is intended to assist with installation, configuration, customization, and deployment.
Documentation may not cover every possible development environment or customization scenario.
You remain responsible for reviewing the documentation and following the stated requirements.
11. Licenses
Purchasing a product grants you the license described on the applicable product page or product license.
Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of MarketsCode's intellectual property to you.
You receive a license to use the purchased product according to its applicable license terms.
You may not:
- Resell the original source code as a competing source-code product
- Redistribute the source code as a template or downloadable product
- Make the original source code publicly available
- Share purchased files with unauthorized users
- Claim ownership of MarketsCode's original intellectual property
- Use the product in a manner prohibited by its applicable license
You may modify purchased source code for your own permitted projects subject to the applicable license.
If a product has additional licensing requirements, those requirements will be stated on the product page or accompanying license.
12. Intellectual Property
MarketsCode and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the products, website, branding, documentation, designs, graphics, trademarks, source code, and other materials except where ownership is explicitly transferred or licensed otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property ownership to you.
You retain ownership of original work that you independently create using a MarketsCode product, subject to the rights of MarketsCode and any third-party components contained within the product.
Some products may include third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, images, icons, APIs, or other materials. Such components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party licenses when using or modifying a product.
13. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Products may use or integrate with third-party services such as:
- Payment providers
- Maps
- Cloud services
- AI APIs
- Email providers
- Authentication services
- Hosting platforms
- Analytics services
- App Store and Google Play services
MarketsCode is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, limitations, account restrictions, or termination of third-party services.
Any fees charged by third-party services are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
14. Live Demos
MarketsCode may provide interactive live demos for certain products.
Demos are provided for evaluation purposes and may use sample, simulated, or demonstration data.
Demo environments may have features, limits, data, or configurations that differ from the downloadable product.
MarketsCode may modify, temporarily disable, reset, or discontinue a demo environment without notice.
You must not attempt to disrupt, abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, attack, or gain unauthorized access to demo environments.

MarketsCode may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Service, its users, its intellectual property, or third parties.
16. Website and Service Availability
We aim to keep MarketsCode and its services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The website, account system, downloads, demos, or other services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

- Events beyond our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, API keys, deployment environments, and other credentials.
Do not publish private credentials or secret keys contained in your configuration files or deployment environment.

- Unrelated to the product or service
By submitting content, you grant MarketsCode permission to display and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service, subject to applicable law.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
21. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current.
However, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, pricing, screenshots, compatibility information, or other content.
MarketsCode may correct errors and update information at any time.
If there is a material discrepancy between a product's advertised description and the product delivered, please contact [email protected] so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

You are responsible for evaluating a product before purchase and determining whether it is suitable for your intended use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketsCode and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or products.
This may include loss of:

- Violate these Terms
- Violate a product license
- Engage in fraud
- Abuse the Service
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Redistribute products without authorization
- Create security or legal risks for MarketsCode or its users
Termination of an account does not automatically cancel licenses that were lawfully granted for previously purchased products, unless termination is required because of fraud, unauthorized distribution, license abuse, or applicable law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
26. Changes to These Terms
MarketsCode may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of MarketsCode after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Governing Law

Any disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights available under applicable law.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable product licenses, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and MarketsCode regarding your use of the Service.
If a product-specific license conflicts with these Terms regarding that particular product, the product-specific license will control to the extent of the conflict.
