BookFlow adds a "Booking / Rental" tab to any simple WooCommerce product, letting you turn it into either a night/date-range rental (vacation rentals, equipment rental, venue hire) or an hourly time-slot booking (appointments, classes, hourly equipment hire).
Feature highlights
- Dependency-free calendar widget on the product page — customers pick a date range (or a date + time slot) and see the total price update live
- Per-product availability rules: open days of the week, blackout/blocked dates, minimum/maximum stay, advance-notice window, buffer days between bookings
- Dynamic pricing: base price from the WooCommerce product, automatic weekend surcharge (percent or fixed), flat per-booking fee
- Double-booking prevention — a temporary hold is placed the moment an item is added to the cart and released automatically if checkout isn't completed; confirmed orders permanently block those dates until cancelled or refunded
- Booking details are attached to the cart item, shown at checkout, and saved as order line-item meta, visible in WooCommerce order emails automatically
- Admin Bookings dashboard — filter by product/status, see the linked order, cancel a booking to instantly free its dates
- Works with existing WooCommerce checkout, emails, and order management — no separate booking-only checkout needed
- Seeds a sample "Cozy Cabin Rental" product with booking already configured on activation, so you see a working example immediately
