Overview

Nolan is a genuine Online Store 2.0 Shopify theme built for brands that want a sharp, confident storefront instead of another soft pastel template. True black and white carry the design, with a single vivid accent color doing all the work for sales, links, and calls to attention. Sharp corners, a strong grid, and large uppercase display type give the whole store a bold, engineered feel straight out of the box.

The theme ships as real Liquid source, the same architecture Shopify's own free themes use: JSON templates that assemble reusable sections, every section backed by a schema so a merchant can reorder, add, or remove content from the theme editor without touching code. Requirements

Any Shopify plan that allows theme uploads. No coding required to install; upload the zip in Online Store > Themes > Add theme > Upload zip file and the theme editor handles the rest. Basic familiarity with the Shopify theme editor is helpful if you want to customize sections beyond the defaults.

Compatibility

Built for Online Store 2.0 using JSON templates and section groups, not the legacy single .liquid-template architecture. Compatible with current Shopify Liquid, standard filters, and the customer account and cart endpoints Shopify themes rely on.
