Overview

EstateHub is a self-hosted property listing and client CRM built for small real estate teams and independent brokerages. Agents log in to their own dashboard, manage a shared pool of listings, track buyer and seller inquiries through a real status pipeline, and generate professional listing sheet PDFs, all without a monthly SaaS subscription.

Features

- Hand-rolled agent authentication. No bloated auth package, just a clean login flow with sessions, CSRF protection, and route middleware.
- Full property listings. Title, address, city, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, property type (house, condo, land, or commercial), and a status pipeline that moves from available to pending to sold.
- Filterable property grid. Filter by status, type, city, and price range, with pagination.
- Computed price-per-square-foot on every property detail page.
- Client CRM. Buyer and seller records with a searchable directory and full inquiry history per client.
- Inquiry pipeline. Every inquiry moves through New, Contacted, and Closed, with a timestamp captured at each transition, and can be reopened.
- Agent dashboard. Active listings, pending inquiries, and total portfolio value (the sum of your available listings), plus a firm-wide summary.
- One-click Listing Sheet PDF export. A real, formatted one-pager with full property specs and the listing agent's contact info, built with barryvdh/laravel-dompdf.
- No external image hosting required. Property photos are generated inline as colored SVG placeholders keyed to property type, so the app works fully offline with zero third-party image dependencies.
- Realistic seed data included. Three demo agents, about 40 properties spread across every status, type, and city, about 55 clients, and about 65 inquiries, so the app looks like a live, busy brokerage right out of the box.
- Built in five languages. English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and Turkish, with a language switcher on every page, full right-to-left layout support for Arabic, and Arabic-ready PDF exports.

Requirements

Compatibility

Laravel 13.x, PHP 8.3 or higher. Works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite. Runs on shared hosting, a VPS, or any standard LAMP or LEMP stack. Tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
