Nova CRM - Laravel Sales Pipeline and CRM Software for B2B Teams

Overview

Nova CRM is a complete, self-hosted sales pipeline application built for
small B2B sales teams. Reps track leads from first contact through
conversion, manage deals across a five-stage pipeline (Prospecting to
Proposal to Negotiation to Won or Lost), log every call, email, meeting, and
note against the right lead or deal, and get a live dashboard with a
weighted revenue forecast and a rep leaderboard. Every deal can be exported
as a polished, formatted PDF summary in one click.

Built on Laravel 13 with clean, standard-Laravel conventions throughout.
There is no page builder, no proprietary framework, and no third-party SaaS
dependency. You own the code.

Key features

- Hand-rolled authentication: session-based login for sales reps, with
  no bloated auth package.
- Lead management: track name, company, contact info, source
  (website, referral, cold call, event, advertisement, other), and status
  (new, contacted, qualified, disqualified), each with an owning rep.
- One-click lead-to-deal conversion: turns a qualified lead into a
  linked deal, updates the lead's status, and logs the conversion
  automatically.
- Deal pipeline: five stages (Prospecting, Proposal, Negotiation, Won,
  Lost), with both a sortable, filterable list view and a drag-free Kanban
  board grouped by stage.
- Weighted revenue forecasting: each stage carries a close
  probability (10%, 40%, 70%, 100%, or 0%), and the dashboard computes a
  live weighted forecast from real pipeline data rather than a static
  number.
- Activity timeline: calls, emails, meetings, and notes logged against
  either a lead or a deal, with a shared activity model and a running
  history on every record.
- Sales dashboard: pipeline value by stage, weighted forecast total,
  deals closing this month, and a rep leaderboard ranked by closed-won
  value.
- Deal Summary PDF export: a real, formatted one-page PDF per deal
  with terms, weighted value, and a full activity log table, generated with
  barryvdh/laravel-dompdf. It is great for handoffs and manager reviews.
- Five supported languages: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and
  Turkish are built in, with a language switcher in the navigation on every
  page, including login. Arabic includes a full right-to-left layout, and
  the PDF export renders correctly in Arabic too, with properly shaped
  text.
- Realistic seed data: 4 reps, 80+ leads, 60+ deals spread across every
  stage and owner, and hundreds of activity log entries, so the app looks
  like a live, busy sales floor the moment you install it.
- Fully responsive: a real mobile layout with a collapsible nav drawer
  and stacking cards, not just a shrunk desktop view. There is no
  horizontal scroll.

Tech stack

Laravel 13, Eloquent ORM, Blade templates, Tailwind CSS (precompiled, so no
Node.js is required to run the app), barryvdh/laravel-dompdf, and MySQL or
SQLite. Localization uses Laravel's built-in translation system across
English, Arabic, French, Spanish, and Turkish.
